Charlotte's Patriotic Celebrations and Traditions Committee (Fiestas Patrias) (CFPTC), the City of Charlotte, Johnson C. Smith University (JCSU), and the Mecklenburg Council of Elders (MCOE) will commemorate in Charlotte Afro-Latinos Black History Month.
